All-on-4® Treatment Concept
Clear Benefits With the All-on-4® Treatment ConceptThe All-on-4® Treatment Concept was developed to provide edentulous patients (patients with no teeth) with an efficient and effective restoration using only four implants to support an immediately loaded full-arch prosthesis.
Stability Even In Minimum Bone Volume
By tilting the two implants in the back, longer implants can be used in patients who have lost quite a bit of bone in their jaw, increasing bone-to-implant contact and reducing the need for bone grafting. The tilted posterior (back) implants can be anchored in better quality bone, reducing any rocking that may occur and thus improving support of the implant-supported denture.
Planning With NobelGuide Treatment Concept
The All-on-4® Treatment Concept can be planned and performed using NobelGuide to ensure accurate diagnostics, planning, and implant placement. The NobelGuide Software allows the dentists at Espresso Dental to view detailed diagnostics such as identification of available bone, virtual implant placement according to the anatomical situation and prosthetic needs, and gives your dentist the ability to order an individualized surgical template. NobelGuide ensures guided and therefore exact implant placement.
With the All-on-4® Treatment Concept, our patients benefit from immediate implant-supported restoration, as a temporary tooth restoration is screwed onto the implants right after surgery. Final solutions for the All-on-4® Treatment Concept include both fixed prostheses, such as NobelProcera Implant Bridge Titanium with acrylic veneering, or individual NobelProcera crowns cemented to the bridge framework, and removable solutions, such as acrylic overdentures on a NobelProcera Implant Bar Overdenture.
The All-on-4® Treatment Concept allows the dentists at Espresso Dental to streamline the time needed for dental implant treatment, giving you the smile you've always dreamed of in less time. To learn more, contact us today!
